If you receive a package from Object Symbol Resource that appears to be damaged, do not accept it! Please refuse any package that looks damaged and have it returned to the sender.

We examine everything before it leaves our store. We take extreme care to safely package your items for the shipping trip. Should you open your package and any items are broken, the damage most likely occurred during shipping. Please contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving your order for any damage claims. You will need to keep your items, along with the packaging material for at least 5 business days for possible inspection.
