All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee. A restocking fee will apply to each item being returned.
Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
Items being returned MUST BE in original, like new, condition or credits will not be received.
If you receive damaged merchandise, or you receive merchandise as a result of Object-Symbol Resources LLC error, we will pay for the return shipping expenses and no stocking fee will apply.
For all other returns, we will credit your account for returned merchandise, minus the amount for restocking fee, once merchandise has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in like new condition. Credits will not be issued for items received in non-resalable condition. The returning party is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the item back to Object-Symbol Resource LLC within 30 days of the original shipping date.
